Inheritance of a ‘milk’ child
Question:-
Does a woman’s ‘milk’ child i.e. the woman is not the child’s biological mother, nor is the woman’s husband the child’s biological father, but rather, a child who drank her milk,t inherit from her estate?
Answer:-
A ‘milk’ child doesn’t inherit from the foster-mother or foster-father.
