Miscellaneous Queries On Wudhu

Q1) When washing the hands, should the right hand be washed thrice followed by the left hand thrice, or the right once and then the left once, until both are washed three times?

A1) Both hands should be washed to the wrists simultaneously.

Q2) Should Miswaak be made before or after gargling the mouth?

A2) According to the vast majority of the scholars, Miswaak should be used
during Wudhu when gargling the mouth. (Hashia-Tahtaawi pg.53)

Q3) Should Khilaal of the toes be made after washing each foot, or at the end?

A3) Khilaal of the toes should be made after washing both feet.
