Acquiring The Title Of Aalim
QUESTION:
Can a person who completed Mishkaat Shareef in an Aalim course, be classed as an Aalim?
ANSWER:
Our Ulama generally give the title of ‘Aalim’ to that person who has completed the Kitaabs of Ahaadith which are taught in the final year of the Aalim course namely, Bukhari Shareef, Muslim Shareef, Tirmidhi Shareef, Nasa’i Shareef, etc.
