There are dolls for girls that are being sold without eyes, ears and a mouth. However, there is a head, body, arms (without fingers), legs and feet (without toes). The doll also has hair and is dressed in clothing. Are these dolls permissible for girls to play with?

You have stated in your query that the doll has a proper head with hair, a complete body, arms, feet etc. It is just that some parts of the body are missing such as the toes, fingers, eyes, nose and mouth. In this instance, the head should be totally removed or else, keeping such a doll will be impermissible.
