Kaffarah for not fulfilling a number of vows

Question:-

I vowed that whenever I fantasize intentionally,  then I will make Istighfaar for 10 minutes on the same day before sleeping for each fantasizing, as long as the total doesn’t exceed 40 minutes. Now, if I fantasized on a number of days without Istighfaar, then how many Kaffarah will be Waajib?

Answer:-

In your instance, you took a vow that whenever you fantasize you will make Istighfaar for 10 minutes on the same day for every fantasizing, but it will not exceed 40 minutes. However, you fantasized several times in a day (for a number of days) without Istighfaar and the Kaffarah was not discharged. In conclusion, for each time that you fantasized, you will be required to discharge Kaffarah.
