Question:-
Up to what time can one perform Asr Salaah in a perfect and complete manner without any abhorrence whatsoever? How many minutes before Maghrib Salaah will the performance of Asr Salaah be considered as Makrooh?
Answer:-
According to the Kitaabs of Fiqh, when the colour of the sun changes and the rays of the sun becomes pale, then performing the Asr Salaah at such a time is considered as Makrooh. This is estimated to be approximately 15- 20 minutes before sunset. It is difficult to provide an exact time in minutes.
