Sahib-e-Tarbeeb misses one Salaah

Question:-

If a person who is Sahib-e-Tarteeb missed a Salaah, and without performing the Qadhaa of the missed Salaah, continues performing Salaah for a month, what should they do to correct the matter?

Answer:-

Since she has performed more than six Salaah since the missed Salaah, all her Salaah will be correct. She will simply be required to make Qadha of the missed Salaah as soon as possible and thereafter, continue as normal.

لان الترتيب بين الفائتة والوقتية وبين الفوائت شرط عندنا – الا انه يسقط بالنسيان وبضيق الوقت وبكثرة الفوائت فلو صلي فرضا ذاكرا ان عليه فائتة قبله فسد فرضه فسادا موقوفا عند ابي حنيفة رحمه الله – ومعني الوقف عنده انه ان لم يقض الفائتة حتي لو صلي ستا وهو ذاكر لها عاد الكل صحيحا (غنية المتملي ص315)
