At what time during the day did Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam leave this temporary world?
Answer:-
There is a difference of opinion with regards to the time of the demise of Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam. It is recorded in Maghaazi Ibn Ishaaq that Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam passed away at Chaast time, whilst it is recorded in Maghaazi Musa Bin Aqaba, on the authority of Zuhri and Urwa Bin Zubair, that Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam passed away at the time of Zawaal, which seems to be the more correct view. The difference between the two times is minimal as there isn’t a huge gap between mid morning (Chaast) and midday (Zawaal).
