Qaarin going to Ta’if
Question:-
If a Qaarin, after performing Umrah, goes to Ta’if and returns for Hajj, will his Hajj-e-Qiraan be valid?
Answer:-
It is stated in Mu’allimul Hujjaaj [[i]] that it is permissible for a Qaarin (whilst being in the state of Ihraam) to even go home and come back to Makkah, and his Qiraan will still be valid provided he does not do anything which will result in him coming out of Ihraam. Based on this principle, it will be permissible for a Qaarin to go to Taa’if and return to Makkah, and his ‘Qiraan’ will still be intact provided he adheres to the condition mentioned above.
