QUESTION:
if a woman during her period sees a wet dream, does she perform Ghusl with her period, or only when her period is over? Must she perform Ghusl twice when her period ends?
ANSWER:
If the termination of your Haidh is after a few hours, then you may wait until your Haidh terminates and perform one Ghusl to become Paak from Haidh and Janaabat. However, if the termination of your Haidh will be after a few days, then it will be better to perform Ghusl as soon as possible to become Paak from Janaabat and then perform another Ghusl once your Haidh terminates. It is better to remain Paak at all times, as there is more cleanliness in it. However, if the Ghusl is delayed until the Haidh ends, then there is no sin in doing so.
وإذا أجنبت المرأة ثم أدركها الحيض فهى بالخيار، إن شاء ت غسلت؛ لأن فيه زيادة تنظيف لإزالة أحد الحدثين، وإن شاءت أخرت الاغتسال حتى تظهر لأن الاغتسال للتطهير حتى تتمكن من أداء الصلاة. ألاترى! أن الجنب إذا أخر الاغتسال إلى وقت الصلاة لا يأثم (الفتاوى اتاترخانية 1/287)
