QUESTION:
What is the ruling regarding the droppings of Halaal and Haraam birds, including chickens and ducks?
ANSWER:
The Fuqaha have written that the droppings of Halaal birds are Paak while the droppings of Haraam birds are considered as Najaasat-e-Khafifa. However, the dropping of chickens and ducks is Najaasat-e-Ghaleezah. [Re: Ahsanul Fataawa Vol:2 Pg:84]
