ANSWER:
It is necessary to discuss these topics with teenage students, but they should be discussed with Hayaa and modesty. The discussion should not contain any form of indecency or immodesty. You can explain to them that when a girl reaches a certain age, her body undergoes certain changes, and this is an indication of her reaching puberty. These changes are natural and are part of Allah’s wisdom. One of the ways to know that one has reached puberty is by experiencing a wet dream. The above explanation will suffice.
