Is it permissible to wear imitation jewellery or silicon rings?
Answer:-
We assume that your query pertains to females in particular. Females are permitted to wear rings that are made of gold and silver only. However, they are permitted to wear other jewellery (such as necklaces, bracelets etc.) that is made of other metals. Wearing rings made of silicon will, therefore, not be permitted.
Males are permitted to wear rings of silver only, which should not exceed 4.374g in weight.

حدثنا إياس بن الحارث بن المعيقيب، عن جده معيقيب أنه قال: كان خاتم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حديدا ملويا عليه فضة قال: وربما كان في يدي فكان معيقيب على خاتم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم (سنن نسائي ص175 ج8)
ولا يتختم الرجل الا بفضة اما لا يتختم بالذهب للحديث المعروف وكذا التختم بالحديد لانه خاتم اهل النار ( فتاوي قاضي خان علي هامش الفتاوي الهندية ص413 ج3)
