Are women permitted to use make-up such as foundation, eye-liners and lipstick?
Answer:-
In principle, women are permitted to utilize all forms of make-up with the proviso that it is used in the house for her husband, and the products are free of any Haraam or impure ingredients. It is not permissible for them to utilize make-up without the consent of their husbands and outside of the house.
واما التحمير ونحوه فيجوز باذن الزوج وفي داخل البيت ويحرم بغير اذن الزوج وخارج المنزل (الفقه الاسلامي وادلته – كتاب الحظر والاباحة)
