Missing three Jumuah Salaahs

Question:- 

What is the status of a person who misses 3 Jumuah Salaah consecutively?

Answer:-

It is recorded in Tawdeehaat, a commentary of Mishkaat Sharif, that any person who omits three Jumuah Salaah due to laziness, his heart is sealed with hypocrisy. Yes, if he discards the Jumuah Salaah due to rejection, then only will it result in him losing his Imaan. This, in conclusion, means that if one misses three Jumuah Salaah consecutively or on separate occasions due to laziness, then it will not result in Kufr. However, this matter should not be treated lightly as the heart being sealed with hypocrisy is a serious matter. This ruling supports our previous Fatwa.
