QUESTION:
If a ladies hair falls from its root while she is reading Salaah, will her hair be regarded as impure and will she have to repeat her Salaah?
ANSWER:
In order for the stickiness (attached to the root of the hair) to be considered as Najis, it is necessary that the contents reach such an amount that it is able to flow. Since the stickiness (at the root of the hair) is so minimal in quantity that it will not cause the clothing to become Napaak nor will one be required to repeat Salaah if one’s hair falls off the head in Salaah.
