Salafis and Sanafis
Question:-
What is the difference between Salafis and Sanafis?
Answer:-
Salafis refer to people that don’t follow any Madhab of Fiqh. Instead, they interpret the Hadith Sharif according to their understanding. These are deviated and misguided people.
‘Sanafi’ refers to ‘Sanafi-An-Nasr’ who, they claim, was one of the leaders of the Al-Qaidah group. We assume that his followers are referred to as the ‘Sanafis.’
