Shari’ee status of ‘Boot-camp’

Question:-

Is ‘Boot Camp’ permissible? It is a system where females learn and express their personal feelings.

Answer:- 

We assume ‘Boot camp’ is similar to ‘Bodytalk’ or ‘Aafiya healing’ etc. where females feeling depressed and emotionally low, go into their past and meditate over their problems. If this is also one of those healing therapies, then we do not approve of it. It is in direct conflict with the Quraan and Sunnah. A detailed Fatwa is available on our website.
