Upholding the clauses of an agreement

Question:-

Two parties enter an agreement. If one party contradicts the clauses of the agreement then will such contradiction be considered as going against Shariah or not?

Answer:-

It is not permissible for any party to contradict any clauses of an agreement as long as all the clauses are in conformity with Shariah.
