Writing verses of the Quraan during menses
Question:-
Is it permissible for a Madrasah student that is experiencing her menstrual cycles to write verses of the Quraan during examinations?
Answer:-
It will be permissible for her to write an Aayat of the Quraan in the case of necessity such as writing examinations. Therefore, if the student does not know the Aayat number and Surah number or the question demands that the Aayat of the Quraan be written, then special care should be taken not to touch the text of the Quraan.

( وذكر في الجامع الصغيرالمنسوب على قاضيخان لا بأس للجنب أن يكتب القرآن على الصحيفة أو اللوح على الأرض او الوسادةعند أبي يوسف ) خلافا لمحمد لأنه ليس فيه مس القرآن ولذا قيل المكروه مس المكتوب لا مواضع البياض ذكره الإمام التمرتاشي وينبغي أن يفصل فإن كان لا يمس الصحيفة بأن وضع عليها ما يحول بينها وبين يده يؤخذ بقول أبي يوسف لأنه لم يمس المكتوب ولا الكتاب وإلا فبقول محمد لأنه إن لميمس المكتوب فقد مس الكتاب
