What is the ruling if a woman demands Talaaq from her husband without a valid reason?
Answer:-
It is mentioned in the Hadith that, if a woman demands Talaaq from her husband without a valid Shari’ee reason, then the fragrance of Jannah will be Haraam upon her. In simple terms, she will be deprived of Jannah (Allah forbid!).This is a serious warning for females who demand and insist that the Talaaq is issued and they are freed from their marital bond. Yes, if they have a valid Shari’ee reason, then they are within their rights to request a divorce.
