Accepting funds from a number of investors on a Mudhaarabah basis
Question:-
Can a Mudhaarib accept funds from a number of individuals on a Mudhaarabah basis and use their funds jointly for his business ventures?
Answer:-
Yes, the funds of the various investors may be joined, with the proviso that explicit permission was taken from them. If explicit permission was not granted by every individual, but the investors are aware that their funds will be joined with the funds of other investors, as it is a common business practice, then this too will suffice.
