What is the ruling in regards to embracing and greeting fellow Muslim brothers immediately after the Eid Salaah?
Answer:-
The act of greeting and embracing fellow Muslim brothers immediately after the Eid Salaah is an innovation which is considered as Makrooh. Such a practice is not proven from Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam. Yes, if one meets a brother on the day of Eid, and greets him or embraces him, then there is no harm in doing so.
