Book on Asmaa-ul-Husnaa by Jinan Yousef

Question:-

Please advise if the Kitaab, “Reflecting on the Names of Allah” by Jinan Yousef, is an acceptable Kitaab?

Answer:-

We haven’t read the Kitaab which makes it difficult for us to comment on the content of the book. The author is a female, a university graduate, who seems to be a modernist whose posts and recordings are all over the internet, which includes her interviews with male hosts. We therefore, strongly discourage everyone from studying her works. However, there is an excellent Kitaab written on Asmaa-ul-Husnaa in detail which is quite authentic. The original Kitaab was written by Maulana Abdul Hanif Abdul Majid in the Urdu language and has been translated in English by Darul Uloom Azaadville. We suggest that you study this Kitaab if you want a glimpse of the beautiful names of Allah Ta’ala.
