Purchasing a motor vehicle with a extended warranty or motor plan included

QUESTION:-

Will purchasing an extended warranty or motor plan be permissible in the following scenarios:
1) When buying a second hand vehicle and considering it part of the purchase price?
2) If the dealer includes it in for free?
3) Generally, a dealer will claim the car is very good with no issues, so can one ask him to back his claim up by providing an extended warranty, free of charge?

ANSWER:-

1. If the dealer includes the motor plan in the selling price of the vehicle, then there will be no problem with the transaction.

2. Similarly, if the dealer includes the motor plan free of charge and sells the vehicle with the motor plan included, then the sale is in order.

3. If you request the dealer for an extended warranty from his side (before concluding the purchase), and he offers it without any extra charge, and the purchase is concluded thereafter, then this too will be in order as you are purchasing the motor vehicle with the warranty included in the purchase price.
