5 A’maal for Jamaat workers
Matters Pertaining to Masjid-Waar Jamaats
- Two weekly Ghusht.
An effort should be made to take out a cash Jamaat from every Ghusht. Through the second Ghusht, local Jamaats must be made up from every Masjid and an effort should be made to elevate the work.
- Daily Taleem in the Masjid and at home.
Aside from the Masjid Taleem, Taleem should take place daily at home so that the desire of A’maal increases; the females should then ask Masaail from the Ulama through their Mahraa’im and make an effort to spend their lives according to Deen.
- 3 days every month
Every Saathi should spend 3 days with punctuality. The old workers should make an effort to come out with new Saathies of the locality. An effort should be made to raise the work, by sending Jamaats to surrounding village/town, in addition to your town.
- Daily 2 ½ hour effort.
While making an effort to bring A’maal and Dawat alive in every home, to be involved in these A’maal. The minimum time is 2 ½ hours. Encouragement should be made to give more time. Whoever is willing to give more time, then it should be accepted from them. If anyone does not give 2 ½ hours, they shouldn’t be looked down upon. He should be valued so that the Masjid remains populated on the pattern of Masjidun-Nabawi. During the 24 hours there should be gatherings of Dawat towards Imaan and Fadhaail; local and foreign Jamaats coming and leaving the Masjid; gatherings of knowledge and Zikr. This includes Taleem, Tarbiyat (nurturing) and hosting of those who come. The Saathis must eat and sleep at home.
- To sit daily for Mashwera.
To sit with the concern of reviving pure A’maal in the locality. All should gather for this Fikr at such a time when it is convenient for all. The report of the previous day’s effort should be taken. Mashwera should be made regarding the current day’s effort. The Mashwera shouldn’t be too lengthy. An effort should be made to bring Dawat, Taleem, Salaah, Tilaawat, Zikr, Dua, Ibaadat and good character 100% alive in the world, so that the life of every Muslim is according to the commands of Allah Ta’ala and the way of Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam.
