QUESTION:
What is the ruling regarding exercising between Asr and Maghrib, for example, taking a brisk walk. Some Hakeems advise that Islamically, exercising between Asr and Maghrib holds no health benefits and is futile. Is this correct?
ANSWER:
We do not find any prohibition in walking between Asr and Maghrib from a Shari’ee point of view. We are not aware of the matter from a Hakeem’s point of view.
