Female teaching in a school

Question:-

Is it permissible for me, a female, to work in a school environment where there are mostly female teachers ?

Answer:-

When you say, “mostly female teachers”, it indicates that there will be male teachers also teaching at the school. Besides the teachers, there could be Baaligh male students also studying in the school, with whom you might have to interact. Similarly, there will be staff meetings, awards functions, sports, parent’s meetings etc. where you will have to interact with male teachers and parents, hence you should refrain from adopting such an occupation.
