QUESTION:
If a Ghair-Mahram (male or female) of a deceased person (male or female) looks at the deceased, does the Mayyit get a sin or will the sin only be on the Ghair-Mahram looking at the deceased?
ANSWER:
The deceased will not be sinful for the actions of a living person.
