Gifting a child’s toy to another child

Question:-

Does a parent have the right to give away their children’s toys that they are using, to other children?

Answer:-

If the parent owns the toy and had only loaned the toy to the child, then the parent is entitled to gift the toy to another child. However, if the child is the owner of the toy (due to receiving it as a gift from the parent or relative), then it is incorrect for the parent to take the toy and gift it to another child. Yes, if the parent purchases the toy from the child (in this instance), and then gifts the toy to another child, then it will be acceptable to do so.
