We understand from your query that someone permitted you to utilize their funds in your business. You wish to now give him a gift on a monthly basis (which is unspecified) in lieu of the funds loaned to you.
The Hadith of Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam states that every loan which draws benefit is considered as Riba. Hence, in the queried scenario, the unstipulated gift from the debtor will be considered as Riba which is Haraam. You should therefore refrain from affording any gift to the creditor.
