Haidh commences before performing Witr Salaah

Question:-

A woman left out her Witr Salaah after Esha with the intention of performing it after Tahajjud Salaah. On awakening at Tahajjud time, she realises that her Haidh has already commenced. Is she required to make Qadha of the Witr Salaah when she becomes clean?

Answer:-

In the queried scenario, the Witr Salaah will fall away. There is no need for Qadha.

أما الفرض ففي الصوم تقضيه دون الصلاة وإن مضى من الوقت ما يمكنها أداؤها فيه؛ لأن العبرة عندنا لآخر الوقت كما في المنبع (رد المحتار ص213 ج1)
