Impurity of Animals on Clothing

QUESTION:

If the contents within the stomach of either sheep, goats or cattle, falls on one’s clothing, will the clothing be considered as Paak, or will it be necessary to wash or change the clothing?

ANSWER:

If the animal was slaughtered in a Halaal manner i.e. Tasmiyah was recited, then the contents of the animal will be pure.

(وذبح ما لا يؤكل يطهر لحمه وشحمه وجلده) تقدم في الطهارة ترجيح خلافه

 وكما يثبت بالذبح الحل في المأكول يثبت به الطهارة في غيره، لأن الذكاة تنبئ
عن الطهارة، ومنها قوله – صلى الله عليه وسلم – «ذكاة الأرض يبسها» يعني
أنها إذا يبست من رطوبة النجاسة طهرت وطابت كما أن الذبيحة بالذكاة تطهر
