If a person issues three divorces whilst intoxicated, will the divorces be effective?
Answer:-
In the queried scenario, all three Talaaqs are valid, the consequence of which is that, the Nikah bond between the couple has been irretrievably severed.
ويقع طلاق كل زوج عاقل بالغ ولو مكرها او كان الزوج سكران زائل العقل فان طلاقه واقع (مجمع الانهر ص384 ج1)
