QUESTION:
Mentioning the words to ones spouse, “Our marriage is not going well.” with the intention of divorce, be counted as a divorce?
ANSWER:
In the above case, Talaaq will not take place, as the words used indicate that the Nikah is not perfect but there is some degree of deficiency. [Re:- Fataawa Darul Uloom Zakariyya Pg.148 Vol.4]
