No water on bus to perform Wudhu

Question:-

A person is travelling by bus. The bus does not stop for Salaah. What is the ruling if there is no water available on the bus to perform Wudhu and Salaah?

Answer:-

If a person is travelling by bus, then he should request the bus driver to stop at a petrol station or any other place where one can perform Wudhu and perform Salaah. However, if the bus driver is not willing to stop for Salaah and there is no water available on the bus to perform Wudhu, then one may make Tayammum (on the bus) and perform Salaah. If water is available on the bus or within the radius of one mile, and the bus driver is willing to stop, then Tayammum will not be permitted.
