The rental amount paid to them includes tracker and insurance that they take out on the car – we are not paying separately for each service. Is that Jaaiz?
ANSWER:
There isn’t much information provided on the link. It simply states that the client choses a vehicle of his choice to rent. Planet42 then buys the vehicle (of the client’s choice) and rents it out to the client. The client has the choice of purchasing the car at a later stage at a reduced price.
Now, if Planet42 subscribes to an insurance policy from their side and merely charges a stipulated rental to the lessee (for the vehicle), then the transaction will be in order. In simple terms, the lessee is paying a fixed rental for hiring the vehicle and nothing more. It is up to planet42 as to how they utilize the rental.
