Hadrat Umar bin Khattab Radiallahu Anhu narrates that Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: “Whoever from among you performs a complete Wudhu and then says the following words, the eight doors of Jannah will be opened for him, and he can enter from whichever one he desires.” The words are:

“I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, Who is One and has no partner; and I testify that Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam is His servant and messenger.” [Sahih Muslim]

Hadrat Uthmaan Radiallahu Anhu narrates: “I heard Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam saying, ‘Whoever performs Wudhu by washing his hands, rinsing his mouth three times, blowing his nose three times, washing the face three times, washing his hands until his elbows three times, passing his wet hands over his head, washing his feet three times, and then does not talk before reading the following, his sins between the previous Wudhu and the next Wudhu are forgiven.’” The words are:

“I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, Who is One and has no partner; and I testify that Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam is His servant and messenger.”

Hadrat Abu Saeed Al Khudri Radiallahu Anhu narrates that Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: “Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf, it will be a source of light for him on the day of resurrection, from the place where he is standing, until Makkah. Whoever recites the last ten verses of Surah Al-Kahf, will not be affected by the appearance of Dajjal. And whoever performs Wudhu, and thereafter recites the following supplication, it will be recorded on a parchment and sealed. This seal will not be broken until the day of resurrection.”

The supplication is:

“Glory be to You! All Praise be to You, Oh Allah! I testify that there is none worthy of worship except You. I seek forgiveness from You and I turn to You in repentance.” [Tabrani]
