Question:-
Is it permissible to touch Kitaabs containing verses of the Quraan Sharif without Wudhu?
Answer:-
If verses of the Quraan Sharif form a minor portion of the book then it will be permissible to touch the book without Wudhu. As for the page containing Quranic verses, it will be permissible to touch that portion of the paper that does not contain the verses of the Quraan Sharif, such as the margins, blank portions, etc. However, it will only be permissible to touch the actual Quranic text written thereon, if one is in a state of Wudhu, otherwise not.
