Tuhur During Haidh

QUESTION:

If a lady’s habit is seven days, but she is usually clean on the fourth or fifth day and thereafter, Haidh resumes until the completion of the seven days, is she required to perform Ghusl and read Salaah during that period of cleanliness?

ANSWER:

The period of cleanliness within the days of Haidh is considered as Haidh. Therefore, a woman is not allowed to perform Salaah during those days.

والطهر الناقص) عن اقله (كالدم المتوالى) لانه طهر فاسد كما في الهداية (لا يفصل بين الدمين) بل يجعل الكل حيضا ان لم يزد على العشرة
