Usage of old Masjid bricks
Question:-
What should be done with bricks that are taken out from a Masjid wall in order to install an air conditioner or a window?
Answer:-
1. The old bricks may be put into storage. If bricks are required at a later stage (for any of the Masjid projects), then it may be used.
2. If there is no intention of any future renovations or building projects, and as a result there exists no need for the bricks at all, then the bricks could be utilized in another Masjid where bricks are required.
3. If this option is also not available, then the last option would be to sell the bricks (if there is no future use for the bricks), and utilize the funds in the building of another Masjid, or for any building requirements or renovations of the current Masjid.

مسجد کا پرانا سامان اور ملبہ جو اسی مسجد جدید کی تعمیر جدید میں کام نہ آسکتا ہو فروخت کردینا جائز ہے (کفایت المفتی ص۶۷ ج۷)
(ولو خرب ما حوله واستغنى عنه يبقى مسجدا عند الامام،
