I would like to query whether using or selling Himalayan Salt Rock lamps, is permissible? I have heard that these are linked to Buddhist traditions, but I’m unsure if it is correct.
Answer:-
It is not permissible to utilize the Himalayan Salt Lamps as it seems to be linked to Christianity.

There are numerous forms of treatments that are acceptable in Shariah and in no way linked to Kufr, hence, we as Muslims should opt for permissible forms of treatment and refrain from any form of treatment that is linked to Kufr. Yoga is a form of exercise that could assist one in keeping fit but it is linked to Kufr meditation hence we refrain from it and adopt permissible ways of keeping fit. Similarly, we refrain from using clothing with the ‘Nike’ logo as it is linked to Kufr. In conclusion, we should abstain from utilizing the Himalayan Salt Lamps and selling them as this too is in some way linked with Kufr.
