Question:-
If one has used scented toothpaste whilst in Ihraam, will it necessitate Damm?
Answer:-
If one has utilised so much of scented toothpaste that most of the mouth is filled with scent then a Damn will be compulsory. If one has used very little toothpaste which has not affected the major portion of the mouth then one should give Sadaqah. [Re:- Muallimul Hujjaj pg.236 / Fataawa Darul Uloom Zakariyya pg.440 vol.3]
