Wearing braces for beautification
Question:-
Are we permitted to wear braces for beautification purposes?
Answer:-
If braces are worn due to necessity (such as straightening one’s teeth or keeping the teeth in place), then there is no harm in doing so. However, it is Makrooh to wear braces for adornment or fashion. [Re:- Kifaayatul Mufti Pg.157 Vol.9]
