QUESTION:

ANSWER:
It is Haraam for a female to attend a. gym even if she dresses modestly and lowers her gaze. The Quraan Sharif clearly states, “Remain in your homes and do not make a display of yourselves as was the practice of the former period of ignorance…” [Surah 33, Verse 33]
