Drafting one’s Will

Question:-

Please advise as to what information is required for drawing up of an Islamic Will? It’s for my wife and I.

Answer:-

We will require your personal details such as your full names, surname, identity number and address. The same information for your wife will be required. You will also have to provide the name and I.D. number of the person you intend appointing as an executor of your estate. You may list one or more individuals as executors on your Will document. Once you submit the above information, we will prepare your Will document Insha’Allah.
