Deriving benefit from one’s spouse during menses

Question:-

When a woman is experiencing her period, is it permissible for the husband to be intimate with her by touching her body? Please explain in detail what he is permitted to do and what he is not permitted to do?

Answer:- 

One is prohibited from cohabiting with his wife whilst she is experiencing her menstrual cycles. However, if the area between the navel and the knee is covered (with a cloth or clothing), then one is permitted to derive enjoyment from the rest of the body. The husband should not touch the area between the navel and the knees.

صحبت کے علاوہ باقی تمام باتیں یعنی کھانا پینا لیٹنا پیار کرنا وغیرہ سب درست ہیں ۔ البتہ عورت کے ناف اور زانوں کے درمیان کے جسم کو دیکھنا ، اس سے اپنے جسم کو ملانا بشرطیکہ درمیان میں کوئئ کپڑا وغیرہ نہ ہو مکروہ تحریمی ہے اور جماع کرنا حرام ہیں (امداد السائلین ۔ مسائل مستورات ص۱۵۰)
