On one occasion my husband told me, “Make Khula and get from here!” My husband states that he didn’t intend divorce. Is this considered as divorce?

In the queried scenario, your husband was giving you the option of exercising your right of Khula and leaving, which you obviously did not exercise; hence, your Nikah is perfectly intact.
