On one occasion my husband told me, “Make Khula and get from here!” My husband says that he didn’t mean a divorce. Is it considered as a divorce?

In the queried scenario, your husband was giving you the option of exercising your right of Khula and leaving, which you obviously did not exercise, hence, your Nikah is perfectly intact.
