Question:-
Whilst washing hands at a basin ,tiny tiny drops of water splashes on one’s arm etc. Are the drops that splash Napaak when washing out something impure off the hands?
Answer:-
The arms will not be considered as Napaak due to the minute droplets splashing onto it when washing the hands. Yes, if the impurity on the body or arms is apparent, then it will be necessary to wash it off. [Kitaabun Nawaazil Pg.42 Vol.3]
شك في وجود النجس فالأصل بقاء الطهارة ولذا قال محمد حوض تملا منه الصغار والعبيد بلايد الدنسة والجرار الوسخة يجوز الوضوء منه ما لم به نجاسة (الاشباه ج١ص١٠٣)
أما غُسالة النجاسة الحكمية: وهي الماء المستعمل، فهو في ظاهر الرواية طاهر غير مطهر، أي لا يجوز التوضؤ به، لكن في الراجح يجوز إزالة النجاسة الحقيقية به. (فقه الإسلام وادلته ص341 ج1)
